Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
During launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Bloom. & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Bloom. & Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Bloom. & Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
