All sales are final due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Because our press-on nails are cosmetic products that come into direct contact with skin, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bloomandcosupport@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Please ensure you carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details before completing your purchase.

Bloom. & Co. is not responsible for improper application, natural nail damage, wear time expectations, or improper removal of press-on nails.

Bloom. & Co. is not responsible for:
• Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
• Delays caused by the shipping carrier
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
